Job Title: Field Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support, including software installation, basic PC troubleshooting, and routine system maintenance. The role involves regular field visits, so two-wheeler ownership is mandatory.
Salary Package
₹1.5 Lakh – ₹2.0 Lakh per annum (Based on experience & skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure software on desktops and laptops
- Provide on-site technical support to clients
- Diagnose and resolve basic PC, OS, and software-related issues
- Assist users with day-to-day system and application usage
- Perform basic system checks and ensure smooth software operation
- Travel to client locations for field support as required
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate or under graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of software installation and PC-related work
- Understanding of basic software running processes
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot common system issues
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler (bike) with valid license – compulsory for field work
- Willingness to travel within assigned locations
Communication Skills
- Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
- Basic understanding of English (reading and speaking)
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Prior experience in field support or IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common applications
- Customer-friendly attitude

Pay: ₹9,379.31 - ₹20,000.00 per month
