About the Role
Snaphomz is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences for our AI-powered products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing enterprise-grade web and mobile applications, a deep understanding of modern product design principles, and a passion for leveraging AI to enhance design quality, creativity, and productivity.
The candidate should be highly proficient in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows, with hands-on experience using AI-powered design platforms such as Figma Make, Canva AI, Claude Design, Higgsfield, and other emerging AI design tools. We are looking for someone who actively embraces the latest design technologies to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Experience designing products in PropTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS environments is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should also possess a strong understanding of frontend and backend workflows, enabling seamless collaboration with product managers, frontend developers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver technically feasible and user-centric solutions.
The candidate should be technically curious, quick to learn emerging technologies, comfortable understanding product architecture and engineering constraints, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, AI-first product environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into user-friendly product experiences.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs across multiple devices and platforms.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Understand backend workflows, APIs, data flow, and system constraints while designing user experiences.
- Leverage AI-powered design and creative tools to accelerate ideation, wireframing, prototyping, content generation, and visual design.
- Stay updated with emerging AI design technologies and continuously explore new tools that improve design quality and team productivity.
- Continuously improve product usability based on customer feedback and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio is also welcome.
- We value candidates who are technically curious, quick to learn, and comfortable working with modern digital products.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
- Experience designing enterprise applications or SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. Experience with AI-powered design platforms such as Figma Make, Canva AI, Claude Design, Higgsfield, and similar emerging tools is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing products in PropTech, FinTech, HRTech, or B2B SaaS domains.
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-intensive applications.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted design and productivity tools for design exploration, rapid prototyping, image generation, UI refinement, and design automation.
- Demonstrated interest in experimenting with emerging AI tools and integrating them into everyday design workflows.
