Job Summary
Teknix Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and expand elevator sales operations in the Mumbai region.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Elevator/Lift Sales, especially New Installation Sales, with a proven track record in business development, project acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve elevator sales targets.
- Generate and close new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Build strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Handle project negotiations, proposals, and techno-commercial discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Support business expansion and new branch development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Elevator/Lift Sales only
Mandatory experience in New Installation Elevator Sales
Experience in:
- Elevator Project Sales
- Modernization Sales
- AMC / Maintenance Sales
- Business Development
- Key Account Management
Strong network with:
- Builders
- Developers
- Architects
- Consultants
- Contractors
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle targets and drive revenue growth.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing preferred.
MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
