Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Manage product stock and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
- Process billing, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and new products.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
- Follow company policies and maintain professional behavior on the sales floor.
Required Skills
- 6 months of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Freshers can also apply
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and approachable personality.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and product presentation.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
- Basic computer/POS billing knowledge.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during busy periods.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a retail store, showroom, supermarket, fashion, electronics, or lifestyle brand, jewellery store or showroom is an advantage.
