About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can conceptualize engaging social media content and execute it through high-quality shoots and production.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content trends, camera handling and basic lighting techniques. The role involves managing both in-house and outdoor content production for brands across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create reels, short videos and social-first content.
- Plan and manage in-house and outdoor shoots.
- Handle cameras and basic shooting equipment.
- Set up and manage lighting for content shoots.
- Coordinate with designers, editors and account managers.
- Assist in scripting and content planning.
- Ensure timely execution of content production calendars.
- Manage shoot logistics and on-ground coordination.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Good camera handling and videography skills.
- Understanding of lighting setups for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Knowledge of framing, composition and shot planning.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
