Telecaller — KK Properties
Role overview: Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries, follow up on leads, and schedule site visits for buyers, sellers, and renters across Pune (Hadapsar,Manjari,Shevalwadi, Kharadi, Wagholi).
* Key responsibilities
- Call and follow up on leads from the lead tracker (interested, not interested, busy, not answering)
Answer inbound calls from website, Google Business Profile, and social media inquiries
Explain property details, pricing, and availability to prospective clients
Schedule and confirm site visits between clients and the sales team
Update lead status and call notes in the Google Sheet/CRM after every call
Re-engage cold or "not answering" leads with periodic follow-up calls
Maintain a polite, professional tone and represent KK Properties' brand on every call
Requirements
0-2 years experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience a plus)
Fluent in - English, Hindi & Marathi.
Comfortable with basic computer use (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
Good listening and persuasion skills
Punctual, organized
Requirements :- Must have own two-wheeler for local traval
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
