Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects at site. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with contractors and vendors, quality control, material management, and ensuring timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at site.
- Verify measurements and prepare site reports.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and consumption.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients regarding project requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and daily progress reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior fit-out works, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Problem-solving and site management skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
