Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Pinterest, etc.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, creatives, and promotional content
- Plan monthly content calendars and social media strategies
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility
- Handle audience engagement, comments, messages, and community management
- Execute complete SEO activities including On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, keyword research, backlink building, competitor analysis, and website optimization
- Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search engine visibility
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display Ads, Search Ads, and Remarketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for lead generation and conversions
- Create marketing content, captions, blogs, ad copies, and promotional campaigns
- Handle email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, newsletters, and customer engagement campaigns
- Manage online branding and digital promotional activities
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and developers for marketing creatives and website updates
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, WordPress, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for campaign performance and growth analysis
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry practices
