INEJ Digital Lounge is looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as FOA Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with a professional and friendly approach.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with F&B and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Assist in lounge operations and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office area.
- Follow company SOPs and customer service guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
