Hiring: Executive Assistant / Admin Executive
Location: Kadi, Gujarat
We are looking for a smart and organized Executive Assistant / Admin Executive to support daily office operations and management.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Admin / Executive Assistant role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good organizational and time management skills
Qualification: Any Graduate
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Handling office documentation and records
- Supporting senior management in daily activities
- Vendor coordination and office management
- Maintaining reports and MIS
Salary: As per experience
Notice Period: Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
