Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Update customer information in CRM systems
- Meet quality and performance targets
Requirements
- Any graduate or undergraduate (freshers welcome)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work night/rotational shifts
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Prior BPO or call center experience
- Neutral or American accent
- Good problem-solving ability
