- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.
- Escort guests to meeting rooms, cabins, or designated areas.
- Offer and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to clients and visitors.
- Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained before and after meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding guest arrivals and meeting schedules.
- Manage front desk hospitality and assist with visitor registration.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception and guest areas.
- Handle guest queries and provide assistance whenever required.
- Ensure a positive and comfortable experience for all visitors.
- Support administrative and office hospitality-related tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
- Graduate or Undergraduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Reception, or Customer Service.
