We are looking for a Food Preparation Associate to support our outlet operations by ensuring smooth food preparation, product availability, and coordination with the central kitchen.
Role Overview
The Food Preparation Associate will be responsible for preparing and assembling food items, maintaining outlet inventory, ensuring hygiene standards, and coordinating with the central kitchen to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble sandwiches and other food items as per brand standards and SOPs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the outlet.
- Monitor outlet inventory levels and communicate stock requirements.
- Coordinate with the central kitchen regarding product availability, requirements, and operational updates.
- Assist in receiving and organizing incoming supplies.
- Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation.
- Support smooth day-to-day outlet operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery, café, QSR, or food service environment preferred.
- Experience in food preparation, sandwich making, or kitchen operations is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outlet environment.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Experience

Salary: 18,000-20,000 per month
