Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Scan the hospital environment and institutional networks to identify new sales opportunities, product placements, and contract bids.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, department heads, and Key Opinion Leaders
- Product Presentation: Conduct clinical discussions, product demonstrations, and technical presentations tailored to medical professionals and biomedical engineering teams.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted marketing and sales programs for new product introductions or conversions in coordination with regional managers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and tender/contract finalizations.
- Reporting & Market Intelligence: Track sales pipelines using CRM tools, forecast revenue, and monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of proven experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or institutional healthcare sales.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Deep understanding of hospital procurement cycles and tender processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline tracking.
- Travel: High willingness for on-field travel within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
