Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ITI Electronics Fresher to join our Service and Repair team. The candidate will assist in diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining electronic products and appliances while learning industry-standard service procedures and customer service practices.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Repair
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electronic equipment and home appliances.
- Support senior technicians in identifying faults and replacing defective components.
- Perform basic testing, inspection, and maintenance of products.
- Ensure proper handling and usage of tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
- Assist in product installation and demonstration at customer locations when required.
Service Operations
- Record service activities and repair details accurately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repairs and service calls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Support inventory management of spare parts and tools.
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service status.
- Assist in resolving basic customer queries and concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and timely support.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Adhere to company policies and service protocols.
Qualifications
- ITI in Electronics, Electronics Mechanic, Electrical, or related trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and components.
- Understanding of electrical and electronic testing equipment is an advantage.
