This role focuses on driving vehicle sales by managing the complete customer journey from initial inquiry to final delivery. It involves building strong customer relationships, conducting professional product demonstrations, and achieving monthly retail targets within a high-energy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage showroom walk-ins and digital leads to provide comprehensive product presentations and feature explanations.
- Generate proactive leads through field activities, corporate visits, and referral networks to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and lead statuses in the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to facilitate loan approvals and insurance documentation for customers.
- Execute the vehicle delivery process ensuring a premium 'Star Delivery' experience for every customer.
- Follow up regularly with lost or cold leads to maintain brand recall and drive future conversions.
- Collaborate with the exchange department to evaluate pre-owned vehicles and provide competitive trade-in offers.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in automotive sales or high-value retail sectors.
- Valid permanent four-wheeler and two-wheeler driving license.
- Knowledge of local language.
- Strong negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work a standard 6-day week, Sunday's are holiday
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
