About the Role
Vyber Acoustic is looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain company products and services professionally
- Generate and qualify sales leads
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
