Position: Application Support Engineer – Fuji PACS Support
Must-Have Skills:
- 4–7 years of experience in Application Support/PACS Support
- Hands-on experience in Fuji PACS support
- Experience using Fresh Now ticketing system or similar tools
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience handling UK-based clients
- Ability to manage support tickets and resolve issues within SLA
- Client training and user support experience
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of healthcare applications, DICOM, HL7 preferred
