We are looking for an Ads Creative Designer to create advertising and social media creatives for Meta, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
This role requires someone who understands both design and marketing. The person should know how to create creatives that capture attention, communicate the message clearly, and encourage users to click, engage, or take action.
The selected candidate will work with our paid ads, social media, content, and project management teams across multiple client accounts.

Create static ads, carousels, stories, banners, and other digital campaign creatives.

Design creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, Google Display, Performance Max, and other relevant platforms.

Understand campaign goals and funnel stages such as lead generation, eCommerce sales, brand awareness, engagement, prospecting, remarketing, and conversions.

Develop different creative concepts and variations for campaign testing.

Use strong hooks, clear messaging, visual hierarchy, and suitable calls to action.

Stay updated with Instagram trends, content formats, platform behaviour, and changing audience preferences.

Use AI tools to generate concepts, visuals, backgrounds, and creative variations.

Coordinate with marketers and content writers to understand the audience, offer, and campaign message.

Review creative performance with the paid ads team and improve designs based on feedback and campaign data.

Adapt designs into the required sizes and formats for different platforms.

Manage creative requirements for multiple clients while meeting deadlines.

Ensure creatives follow the client’s brand guidelines and the technical specifications of each platform.

Research competitor advertisements, Meta Ad Library, and emerging creative formats to develop fresh concepts.

Make revisions based on feedback from the performance marketing, content, and project management teams.

Maintain organised editable files, creative assets, and final exports for ongoing client projects.

Review creatives for spelling, accuracy, sizing, formatting, and overall quality before final delivery.

1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital advertising creatives, or social media design.

Strong working knowledge of Canva and Figma.

Previous experience creating creatives for Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, or other digital campaigns.

Good understanding of user behaviour, audience psychology, and what makes users stop, click, or engage.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, colours, branding, and visual communication.

Ability to create original concepts instead of relying only on templates.

Experience using AI tools as part of the creative process.

Ability to understand a marketing brief and convert it into an effective visual.

Comfortable working across different client brands and industries.

Good attention to detail and time management.

A relevant and updated portfolio is mandatory.

Experience creating creatives for lead-generation and eCommerce campaigns.

Basic understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, engagement, and conversions.

Experience editing short-form videos or reels.

Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.

Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Experience creating UGC-style advertisements, motion graphics, or product-focused video creatives.

Familiarity with Meta Ad Library and competitor creative research.

Understanding of creative testing methods, including testing different hooks, formats, messages, and calls to action
