- Key Responsibilities:
- You will be our dedicated Product Specialist and brand ambassador for River Indie.
- Meet and exceed individual targets for pre-orders and test rides.
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations, test rides, highlighting features that resonate with customer needs and enhancing the overall store experience.
- Provide detailed information on pricing, financing options, EMPS incentives, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Guide the customer through to place Pre- orders and for the FP
- Ensure the customer is acquired with all the information and capture the customer feedback and work continuously on improving the customer experience.
- Stay updated with the industry information and competitor offerings.
- Participate in micro-market activations (Events at malls, apartments, etc.,)
- Ability to work flexible hours- weekends and evenings.
