Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Part-Time Receptionist to manage the front desk at our dental clinic. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle patients professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients visiting the clinic.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and update basic information.
- Handle billing and payment entries.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Perform basic administrative and office tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Ability to manage appointments and maintain records.
- Polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
