The Headmistress is responsible for the overall academic, administrative, and disciplinary management of the school. She ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations, maintains high educational standards, supports teachers, and promotes a safe and positive learning environment for students.
Academic Leadership
- Monitor and supervise the implementation of the school curriculum.
- Ensure effective teaching and learning practices across all classes.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide guidance to teachers.
- Review lesson plans, assessments, and academic progress reports.
- Organize academic enrichment activities and teacher training programs.
Staff Management
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct staff meetings and communicate school policies effectively.
- Support teacher development through mentoring and professional growth opportunities.
- Assist in recruitment, induction, and performance appraisal of staff.
Student Welfare & Discipline
- Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school rules and regulations.
- Address student behavioural concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Promote student safety, well-being, and holistic development.
- Monitor attendance and academic performance of students.
Administration & Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the school.
- Ensure compliance with educational board regulations and school policies.
- Coordinate school events, examinations, assemblies, and activities.
- Maintain accurate academic and administrative records.
- Monitor school facilities and resources for effective utilization.
Parent & Community Relations
- Build positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Conduct parent meetings and address concerns professionally.
- Foster effective communication between school and home.
- Represent the school during meetings, events, and community programs.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
