Job Responsibilities:
1)Operate and monitor production machines as per SOPs.
2)Ensure smooth production operations and achieve daily production targets.
3)Feed raw materials and handle finished goods packing.
4)Monitor machine parameters and report any abnormalities.
5)Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine checks.
6)Maintain production records and shift reports.
7)Follow quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
9)Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations.
Qualification:
12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or Graduate.
Freshers can apply.
Experience in manufacturing, plastics, masterbatch, polyester fiber, or related industries is preferred.
