- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide timely updates regarding shipments, pickups, deliveries, and transit status.
- Coordinate with operations and transport teams to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/MIS reports.
- Follow up with customers regarding service requirements and feedback.
- Monitor pending shipments and proactively communicate delays or exceptions.
- Assist in preparing customer reports, billing details, and service performance reports.
- Support the sales team in customer retention and account management.
- Ensure adherence to company service standards and policies.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
