Community Mobilizer - DDU-GKY 2.0 Project
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and mobilize GDA / Bedside Attendant candidates from villages, panchayats, and rural communities.
- Conduct village visits, awareness meetings, and community interactions to explain job opportunities in home nursing.
- Coordinate with local leaders, ASHA workers, SHGs, training institutes, and NGOs for candidate sourcing.
- Screen candidates based on basic eligibility (education, interest, background).
- Assist candidates with documentation, registration, and onboarding process.
- Support candidates for training enrollment, attendance, and completion.
- Maintain accurate mobilization records, attendance sheets, and reports.
- Act as a bridge between candidates, training teams.
- Travel extensively within assigned rural districts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in mobilizing candidates for healthcare, nursing, GDA, or skill development programs.
- Experience working with rural youth, or livelihood programs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Prior experience in field mobilization, community work, rural development, healthcare projects, or skill programs is an advantage.
- Good understanding of rural Odisha culture and community dynamics.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Odia (Hindi/English is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively in rural and remote areas.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and reporting formats.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
