Job Description: PPC Engineer (Production Planning & Control)

Experience - 2 to 3 years years
Position Summary:
The PPC Engineer will be responsible for production planning, material coordination, inventory monitoring, procurement follow-up, and ensuring smooth material flow to support manufacturing and dispatch activities. The role requires coordination with stores, purchase teams, vendors, sales teams, and production units to ensure timely execution of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review BOM (Bill of Materials) indents.
Check material availability and status as per received indent requirements.
Issue materials against production and operational requirements.
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for both stock-based and order-based requirements.
Coordinate daily communication with Unit-4 regarding required units, rotary pumps, and other related materials.
Follow up on materials arranged through Unit-4, including PR status and dispatch activities.
Coordinate with the purchase department and vendors for short or pending materials.
Ensure materials are dispatched according to customer requirements and communication instructions.
Prepare and release materials for dispatch as per sales team instructions.
Follow up with stores, assembly, and testing teams to ensure material readiness as per delivery schedules.
Handle daily incoming bill receipts and verification.
Prepare MRR (Material Receipt Report) for DLF and Bengaluru units.
Monitor and follow up on job work materials against RGP (Returnable Gate Pass).
Maintain and update disputed bill entries in the register daily.
Coordinate with the purchase department to resolve and close disputed bills.
Follow up on Prithla P.O. materials to ensure timely dispatch.
Update FMS milestones regularly and maintain accurate tracking records.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of PPC processes in manufacturing industries.
Understanding of BOM, PR, MRR, inventory, and dispatch processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
