We are looking for talented Architects with 5–7 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidates will bring substantial experience in mid-scale architectural projects, especially commercial base-build developments, from a reputed design firm. Hands-on project exposure and proficiency in the latest architectural technologies are a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept through execution.
- Prepare, review, and oversee the production of GFC (Good for Construction) drawings.
- Conduct regular client meetings and ensure effective communication for approvals and expectations.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to align all project components.
- Perform site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and uphold design integrity.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized and reputed institution.
- 5–7 years of experience in architectural design, detailing, and project delivery.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to prepare and coordinate drawings across all project stages with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Solid understanding of building codes and byelaws.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
