Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth service during all shifts.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the service team to maintain high hospitality standards.
- Ensure every guest has a memorable experience by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and billing teams for seamless operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and shift scheduling.
- Manage inventory for service operations, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper stock handling and storage practices.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance across the restaurant.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation (if required), and daily operational reports.
- Drive upselling and help achieve daily sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with local customers, corporate clients, and repeat guests to increase customer retention.
- Support the planning and execution of events, karaoke nights, and private bookings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, lounge, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Must have an existing local customer network in Jaipur and the ability to bring repeat business.
- Experience in staff supervision, inventory management, and daily operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak-hour operations.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational processes.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality venues.
- Strong understanding of customer service and guest relationship management.
- Ability to train and develop team members while maintaining high service standards.
