Transport Manager
The Transport Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all transportation operations within the organization. This role ensures the safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of vehicles, employees, and goods while maintaining compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transport operations and vehicle schedules.
- Assign drivers and monitor attendance.
- Track vehicle movements and trip completion.
- Ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain transport records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with road safety and company policies.
- Coordinate with departments for transportation requirements.
- Handle transport-related issues and emergency situations.
- Optimize routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
