About the Role
EINS Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and organized HR Generalist – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring both IT and Non-IT professionals while supporting employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hire for IT and Non-IT positions, including:
- .NET Core Developers
- Flutter Developers
- Software Testers
- Technical Support Engineers
- Sales Managers
- Back Office Executives
- Business Development & Support Staff
- Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs.
- Track employee KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes.
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn & AI tools.
- Knowledge of Zoho will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturday and all Sundays Off
