We are hiring a VMC Setter cum Operator to set up, adjust, and operate Vertical Machining Centers for high-precision component manufacturing.Key Responsibilities
- Setup: Mount fixtures, tools, and set work/tool offsets.
- Operation: Run 3/4-axis VMC machines to hit production targets.
- Blueprints: Read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Programming: Edit G-code/M-code on controllers (Fanuc/Siemens).
- Quality: Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Requirements
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2–5 years in VMC setting and operation.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of tools, feeds, speeds, and controllers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
