Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Service Telecalling
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and coordinate service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding service feedback and satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and update call details
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers
Requirements:
- Qualification: HS / Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling/customer service preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
