Key Requirements:
Hindi language is mandatory for Tele Sales.
Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
Strong experience in target-based calling and revenue generation.
Exposure to B2B & B2C sales preferred
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
Build client relationships through consultative selling and upselling
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
