Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations at our diet clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, handling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and clinic databases accurately
- Coordinate with dietitians and staff for smooth clinic operations
- Process billing, payments, and issue receipts
- Handle basic administrative and office tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, appointment software)
- Well-organized and attentive to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Prior experience in a clinic, wellness center, or healthcare setup preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage client interactions efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of customer service practices
- Familiarity with social media or WhatsApp communication
- Ability to speak English, Hindi, and local language fluently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
