Job description:
The Invoice Processor is responsible for managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely payments from clients. This role involves generating and issuing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and proactively following up with clients to collect outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients as per the agreed terms.
- Maintain a detailed record of all invoices, payments received, and pending amounts.
- Follow up with clients via email and phone to ensure timely payments.
- Address any discrepancies or concerns related to invoices and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
- Generate reports on outstanding payments and escalate cases of long-overdue invoices.
- Maintain professional communication with clients while ensuring prompt collections.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and invoicing software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to handle payment disputes or delays.
