- Location: Dona Paula, Goa
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the MICE, Exhibition, Hospitality, or Luxury Sales industry.
The ideal candidate should have experience in handling high-ticket-size sales and dealing with HNI/UHNI clients. The role involves working closely with real estate developers and driving premium property sales through client acquisition, relationship management, and business development activities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in MICE, Exhibition, Hospitality, or Luxury Sales industry.
- Strong sales and business development experience with HNI clients.
- Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close high-value deals.
- Good communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to work from Panaji, Goa.
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients and channel partners.
- Drive premium real estate sales for developer projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property discussions.
- Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams for closures.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹58,091.13 per month
