Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for production. The candidate should have strong knowledge of CNC machining, engineering drawings, and machining processes to ensure quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify CNC programs for VMC/CNC machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Select suitable cutting tools, speeds, and feeds.
- Optimize machining cycle time and improve productivity.
- Support machine setup and trial runs.
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
- Ensure product quality as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams.
- Maintain CNC program records and documentation.
- Follow safety and company procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens or similar controllers).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, machining processes, and measuring instruments.
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
