Technically drive account and Program to deliver output with Higher first time right
Key stakeholders to drive technical capacity creation (Engineers, Hiring, Training and Deployment ready)
Mentor - Manual and Automation Testing teams for delivery excellence
Creating technical and commercial business requirements
Support Leadership team with Recommendations to negotiate and execute contracts for business requirements
Should understand and articulate the problem and solutions with overall system understanding
Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
Has knowledge of best practices and how to integrate with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market Leadership

Job Specific Knowledge:
Should have performed Senior/Architect role in Software development to deployment for minimum 5 years in Engineering product development discipline
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, scalability, reliability, and performance optimization
Proven experience architecting and delivering real-time, mission-critical equipment control software, preferably in Special purpose Machine/Manufacturing/Solar/Semi Equipment industry.
Preferably Strong hands on experience in C#, .Net, Web based Front End and Data Base.
Experience in software development for intelligent devices and their interfaces such as: Example: Robots, Valves, Transducers, safety-critical devices, Ethernet, TCP/IP, RS-232, Device Net etc.
Ability to understand customer, PnL requirements, Project Management tools and techniques.
Should be able to understand Hardware (Mech + Elec), Software and Digital requirements
Ability and skill to drive Engineering and business excellence, effort Estimations.
Passion for developing self-skills and ability in advanced digital area
Exposure of PLM, ERP and release process, product structure and configurations
