Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Android Security Engineer with strong expertise in Android Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) and Trusty OS development. You will build and protect the secure layers of the Android operating system.
Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with Android Security Architecture.

Strong knowledge of Trusty TEE and Trusted Applications (TA) development.

Experience working in Secure World and Normal World interactions.

Understanding of ARM TrustZone architecture.

Knowledge of Keymaster/KeyMint, Gatekeeper, and Android Keystore.

Experience with Android Verified Boot (AVB), Secure Boot, and Device Integrity mechanisms.

Strong C/C++ development skills.

Experience with Linux kernel, device drivers, and embedded systems.

Understanding of cryptographic concepts and secure key management.

Debugging and troubleshooting across Android framework, HAL, kernel, and TEE layers.
Preferred Skills

Experience with StrongBox, Secure Elements, eSE, TPM, or HSM.

Familiarity with Android security certifications and compliance requirements.

Experience in vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, or security assessments.

Knowledge of SELinux, secure provisioning, RPMB, and attestation mechanisms.

Exposure to Qualcomm, MediaTek, Samsung Knox, or other Android security stacks.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Trusted Applications (TAs) within Trusty TEE.

Implement and enhance Android platform security features.

Integrate secure key storage, attestation, and authentication mechanisms.

Collaborate with framework, HAL, kernel, and hardware teams.

Analyze and mitigate security vulnerabilities throughout the Android stack.

Support security compliance and product hardening activities.
