Role Summary
Gramton Weighing Automations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Sales Manager with experience in industrial product or machinery sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit logistics companies, courier services, transporters, warehouses, e-commerce hubs, and distribution centers.
- Meet decision-makers at warehouses, hubs, DCs, and corporate offices to present our weighing and automation solutions.
- Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong follow-up for order closure and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of field sales experience in logistics, courier, transport, warehouse, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong market network and existing relationships in the logistics/warehouse segment.
- Proven B2B sales skills—lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Experience in product or industrial machinery sales.Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background / MBA preferred).
