Position: Cinema Security Officer
Job Summary: As a Cinema Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons, staff, and property within the cinema premises. Your primary objective is to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all visitors. You will be required to enforce cinema policies, monitor surveillance systems, respond to incidents, and collaborate with other team members to uphold a high standard of security.
Responsibilities:
1. Patron Safety:
· Conduct routine patrols to monitor cinema halls, lobbies, and other public areas.
· Assist patrons with any security-related concerns or issues.
· Provide a visible and reassuring presence to deter potential security threats.
2. Incident Response:
· Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
· Take appropriate action to control and resolve situations, including contacting law enforcement if necessary.
· Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
3. Access Control:
· Monitor access points, ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
· Check bags and belongings as part of the cinema's security protocols.
4. Surveillance:
· Operate and monitor surveillance cameras to identify and respond to suspicious activities.
· Report any unusual behavior or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
5. Collaboration:
· Work closely with other security personnel and cinema staff to maintain a cohesive and effective security team.
· Communicate effectively with management, colleagues, and law enforcement when necessary.
6. Emergency Preparedness:
· Participate in regular drills and training exercises to ensure readiness for emergencies.
· Follow established protocols for evacuations and other emergency procedures.
7. Customer Service:
· Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with inquiries and directions.
· Remain approachable and courteous while maintaining a professional demeanor.
8. Report Writing:
· Prepare clear and concise reports detailing incidents, actions taken, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in security-related fields is a plus.
· Proven experience as a security officer or in a related role.
· Strong observational and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
· Knowledge of emergency response procedures and basic first aid.
· Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
