Role Overview
The selected candidate will lead design development and 3D modeling activities for international façade and architectural engineering projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, project coordination skills, and expertise in Rhino-based design workflows.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and manage complex 3D models using Rhino Software
✔ Prepare and review engineering drawings, design models, and technical documentation
✔ Coordinate with project teams, BIM modelers, engineers, and clients for design development
✔ Support façade design, detailing, and geometry optimization activities
✔ Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
✔ Assist in resolving design and technical coordination issues during project execution
✔ Mentor and guide junior designers and engineers within the team
✔ Collaborate with international project stakeholders and participate in technical discussions
✔ Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and design packages
✔ Maintain project documentation, revision records, and design reports
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Architectural, or related Engineering Discipline
Experience: 6+ Years (Façade / Architectural / Engineering Design Industry Preferred)
Software Requirement: Advanced proficiency in Rhino Software
Preferred Skills
✔ Experience in Façade Engineering and Building Envelope Projects
✔ Knowledge of Grasshopper and Parametric Design Workflows
✔ Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, CATIA, or BIM Platforms
✔ Strong understanding of engineering drawings and construction detailing
✔ Excellent problem-solving and technical coordination skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
✔ Strong communication and leadership abilities
