Job Description
We are looking for a 360-degree marketer with 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or SaaS. This role requires hands-on execution across demand generation, content, campaigns, and sales enablement, with a balanced focus on organic growth, paid channels, and brand-building initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute demand generation strategies across organic and paid channels
Manage content and thought leadership, including LinkedIn, blogs, and case studies
Plan and execute webinars, events, and engagement campaigns
Support sales enablement through collateral, presentations, and messaging
Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, and paid platforms
Manage landing pages, lead flows, and basic CRM tracking
Track and optimize performance based on key marketing metrics
Requirements
Strong understanding of B2B demand generation across organic and paid channels
Experience in content marketing and campaign execution
Exposure to webinars, events, and inbound marketing
Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools
Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and outcomes
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Qualified lead generation, Content performance and engagement metrics, Campaign execution effectiveness and conversion rates, Contribution to pipeline growth
Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
Handling customer queries on Chat and E-mails.
