Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and explain job opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various positions.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Generate daily and weekly sourcing reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Stay updated with market trends and sourcing strategies.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
- Knowledge of job portals and social media sourcing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Experience:
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience using LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹11,275.21 - ₹31,860.05 per month
