- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM processes.
- Experience with:
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud (preferred)
- Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules
- Reports & Dashboards
- Technical expertise (if applicable):
- Apex, SOQL, SOSL
- Lightning Components / LWC / Visualforce
- Experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of data modeling, security model, and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
