We are looking for an Admin Executive to handle daily office activities and support smooth business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records and files.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Prepare reports and documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate with staff, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain attendance and basic administrative records.
- Assist management with day-to-day office tasks.
Requirements:
- Any graduate.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 2 wheeler and laptop is mandatory.
