ITEM Secure Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to own and grow in Coimbatore
We are India's only patented preconstruction termite reticulation system company — trusted by builders, architects, and developers for 23+ years across 22 offices nationwide.
Location: Coimbatore (Field Role)
Experience: 3–5 Years in Sales
Sector: Construction / Building Materials / Pest Management
CTC: ₹3,60,000 p.a. + Performance Incentives + Additional bonus for top performers.
3–5 years of field sales experience in construction-adjacent sectors (building materials, waterproofing, MEP, real estate, pest control)
An existing network of Architects, Builders, or PMCs in Ahmedabad - this is non-negotiable
Someone who can sell a specification-stage, technical product - not just a commodity
Fluent in English, Hindi, and other local languages.Self-driven, field-first, product-first mindset
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
