We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive with a strong background in logistics and operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer coordination, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and act as a bridge between clients, operations, and transport partners/ carriers to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to pickups, deliveries, delays, PODs, billing, and service issues
- Coordinate with customers, operations, and carriers for smooth shipment movement
- Track shipments and proactively update customers on status
- Resolve customer complaints within defined schedules and escalate when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions
- Support onboarding of new customers and explain logistics processes clearly
- Ensure service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing reports related to customer service performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service within logistics / courier / transportation / supply chain
- Strong command over English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, shipment lifecycle, and documentation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and CRM systems
- Knowledge of POD, UTR, invoicing, and escalation handling is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with logistics aggregators, courier companies, or 3PLs
- Exposure to B2B customer handling
- Familiarity with regional and interstate logistics operations
