Job Summary
We are hiring experienced professionals with a background in Financial Services/BFSI to support banking operations and deliver high-quality customer service in an international process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle banking and financial services operations.
- Process transactions accurately and meet SLA targets.
- Perform KYC/AML checks and account reconciliations.
- Resolve customer queries and transaction issues.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills
- 1–7 years of experience in Financial Services/BFSI or BPO.
- Good knowledge of Banking Operations, KYC, AML, Collections, Treasury, O2C, P2P, R2R, AR, or AP.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in an international voice or non-voice process is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
