Job Description – Junior Civil Draftsman / Junior Civil Architect

Reports To: Project Head
Job Summary:
The Junior Civil Draftsman / Junior Architect is responsible for preparing accurate 2D and 3D drawings for civil, architectural, and interior projects. The role involves supporting the engineering and design team by developing, modifying, and maintaining technical drawings in line with project requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and revise 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
* Develop civil, architectural, and interior drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and detailed drawings.
* Prepare interior fit-out drawings such as furniture, ceiling, flooring, and joinery layouts.
* Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely completion.
* Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
* Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and as-built drawings.
* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.
Qualifications:
* Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Draftsmanship.
* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in civil, architectural, and interior drafting.
Required Skills:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
* Experience in preparing 2D and 3D drawings/models.
* Strong knowledge of civil, architectural, and interior detailing.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
* Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D software will be an added advantage.
* Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
